It's amazing how we change over the years! Or sometimes in less than a year! I started posting on the Obesity Help board back in April of '07 (the black and white photo). things are a changing, and will be changing for several years to come!

So, embrace the changes! Whether we are getting older, wiser, healthier or happier, changes happen everyday!
